Food is great, but got the Pakora instead of the Thai curry puffs. Not a major problem, just not what we ordered. No worries though, it's good.

Usually the food here is great. I ordered today and the pad Thai looked and tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while. This is my first time with this experience

Entree was good, but soup and appetizer containers leaked everywhere. Appetizer actually soaked through the bottom of the packaging and landed on the floor. :(

Thank you for taking in the notes and making our pho's spicy like tom yum! Loved it! And fast delivery. Wish the delivery went to my door. He asked me to come outside to meet him at the car. I had to put on my outer layers to go out there in the cold.

Food ready on time when I arrived to pick up. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. I especially loved the mieng kum, the northern herb fish, and the chaingmai noodle curry. They offer a real departure from the typical Americanized Thai food.

I had not had delivery from Thai north for almost two years because a delivery person refused to leave the sidewalk and enter the building and go to the second floor. Being handicapped, it was very difficult for me to go down and out to get the food. I therefore refused to use Thai North delivery for two years. I love their food so I am testing again. This driver was reluctant but I told him he had to deliver to 2nd floor

The service was excellent and the food at Thai North is spectacular. I have one suggestion however. Once the order is placed, there was no confirmation of it. I had to go to 'past orders' to make sure that it had been received. Please add a confirmation function to the experience. Thanks!

My food came faster then a regular delivery from a restaurant! The driver was very nice. Everything I ordered was accounted for too-No mistakes! I will definitely order from this app again!
